When it comes to outdoor adventures, hiking is my first love, and something I've been doing for many years. There's nothing quite like going to remote places you can only reach on foot.
My favourite Aussie expedition to date is the Overland Track, but I also love showcasing the many amazing day and multi day treks Victoria has to offer.
Unlike hiking, I've only been paddleboarding since late 2021, when it very quickly became an obsession.
Exploring coastal and inland waterways on the board is a wonderfully meditative experience like no other.
Adventure paddling presents a whole new level of exciting challenges.
Don't limit your goals to adventures in Australia - there's a big world out there with countless opportunities for both hiking & paddleboarding expeditions, as part of an organised group or self guided.
